Cld i be pregnant help me please?

My husband and I always use condoms but we have foreplayed wen I was at the end of my highest days he liked to enter without before he has to wear the coat. This last week I feel sick to my stomach and is now having diarrhea and feel like puking along with tightening of my stomach need advice plz I dnt have insurance yet that's why I'm asking so dnt tell me go to the doctor cuz I'm waiting for approval
