I took my ring out for a mont & had unprotected intercourse in that time cld I be pregnant?

my partner & I have bern having unprotected sex for a yr & ive been on the nuvaring. Last mth I got my period but didnt put in a new ring until 2 weeks ago(have had unprotected sex in that time). I have had my period this month so I took the ring out to see if I get my period. Could I be pregnany b/c my breast have been tender for a mth & im extremely fatigued. The blood & urine test were neg but my dr. said it may be too early to tell.
