How do i loose 5 lbs?

You're just throwing away money if you buy a pill, when you can just buy healthier foods with that money. Anyways, fix your diet, it is the most important, choose healthier foods, water for soda, vegetables for fries, grilled chicken instead of fried, etc. Then for exercise, run/jog/swim/bike/sports/etc. These exercises burn a lot of calories and in turn will burn fat.
