Am I the only person in the world who thought 'The thin blue line' was quite funny?

Its always slated and was written by champagne socialist Ben Elton who's money is no good here anymore but moved to Australia where he still moaned about what things cost despite being a millionaire, but I thought by and large it was quite funny.
