What do I do now? XP Security virus?

Some of the answers are good...however...one thing you did not do....turn off system restore and delete all restore points....the infection you removed is in the recycle file...so its just going to keep coming back...once your turn off system restore...and get rid of the malicious program...then and only then turn on system restore again...and make a new restore point..............
