What do I do if I see my roommate taking the meatloaf out of the fridge heated it up took it into the bathroom?

Then I hear moaning. Then "I have to spurt!" then he comes out of the bathroom with the meatloaf in a mess and puts it back in the fridge. I then ate some. Should I be concerned?
