Did HM Queen Elizabeth II ever bestow an award or position on Blessed Mother Theresa of Calcutta?

I don't see why she would have since 1) Mother Theresa was not British, but Yugoslavian and 2) England is not a Catholic Country and the Queen is the Head of the Church of England. It seems there would be potential political conflict of interest if the Queen gave her an award.
