My computer wont recognize my eclipse cld mp3 player!?

Okay So The First day I got My Mp3 it worked perfectly find but the only thing I hated about it was that i had to Keep pressing buttons to get to A song so i tried to put them all on the same album and it didn't work,So i Deleted the Music and Synced It Again and then The Next Day I went On Google and found out how to do it and when i plugged Up My Eclipse Cld Mp3 Windows media Player said "There is No Device Connected,Connect A Device" So i unplugged It and Plugged it back in and then it did the same thing so i went to My Computer to see if its a File Under The D,e,f,c Or Other Drives and it had no file of it. So Please Pretty Please Help Me with A Cherry On Top.
