My 8 months old baby is facing nasal blockage while sleeping in cld air what should i do?

he gets nasal blockage after 12 am he has no cold , flu or congested chest we live in baghdad so becoz of hot weather we use air cooler this problem is disturbing his sleep please help me to get rid of it at home
