I really need a few people too answer this for me :(?

this yeara im going to be a junior in highschool. wen i first went to 10 th grade i was 125 lbs .. then by march i was 140 and now 135... i rlly would like to lose 10lbs because weight has been a problem for me sence i was really little. can someone please give me a diet plan that actually works and good workouts to do at home... ? also i have rlly big love handles and if i cld id rather lose those first... someone please give me a good workout for my love handles :( i just rlly need help with this because i hate the way i look now... p.s id like to lose around 10lbs ! thank you ♥
