What does it mean when a guy tells u this?

so my guy friend n i were textin the other day and me were talkin about having sex, so i brought it up bt i tld him i was jk but then he askd me if i wanted to and i said idk do u and he said ''sh*t :) i cant say no'' but then i asked him about his gf and he told me he couldnt really see her cuz of her parents, so i said it wasnt a good idea cuz id feel slutty then he said ''Not really im just trying to make you feel good its not like ur just lettin me f*ck im really lonely over his everyday'' and i was just actin shy about it so he tld me i ddnt have to if i ddnt want to n that we cld still just go to the movies and chill, but what did it mean wen he said he just wanted to make me feel good and all that lol.
